Just wanted to tell Don in Shipping THANK YOU for the excellent customer service yesterday (Feb 16, 2010). Somehow our brochures went to MI and we received brochures that someone in MI had ordered. When I called and spoke with Don – he immediately took care of the situation and did exactly as he had said he would. Within minutes he called me back and let me know what he was doing and what we needed to do to get our brochures “exchanged” with the MI company. A new mailing label was emailed to me, Don set up the UPS pickup and the box was picked up in the afternoon. Our brochures arrived this morning. Again – Don – EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
